Zodos – How do I add two factor authentication (2FA) to my Zodos account?
In brief
Before you can retrieve medical data, you must first add two-factor authentication (2FA) to your Zodos profile.
To use 2FA, you need an Authentication app.
You can use the Google Authenticator or the Microsoft Authenticator for this.
Steps in brief
- Log in to Zodos
- below Healthcare providers click on 'here'
- Enter your password
- Scan the QR code with your Authentication app
1. Log in
Go to the Zodos website and log in.
2. Click on 'here'
Under the heading Healthcare providers there is a red message. You can click on the word in the notification 'here' click.
3. Scan the QR code
You will be asked to re-enter your password.
Once you have done this, a QR code will appear that you can scan with your Authenticator app.
