Steps in brief
- Go to your GP's website
- Log in with your DigiD
- Follow the steps and log in with your Your Care Online account or create one
1. Open page
Go to your GP's website and click on 'log in' or on 'patient environment'. It may also be called by another name.
Click on 'Log in' and select 'Log in with DigiD'.
2. Log in to Your Care Online
After logging in, you will be asked whether you already have a Your Care Online account.
If so, click 'I already have an account' and log in here now.
If you do not have an account, proceed to step 3
3. Don't have a Your Care Online account yet?
If you don't have an account, click 'I don't have an account'.
Enter your details now and a Your Care Online account will be created for you. After this, you will be automatically linked to your GP.
