- Go to Your Care Online via your GP's website
- click on Log in
- Log in with DigiD or username and password
- Look at Your Care Online

- click on Patient portal’ or '‘Your Care Online’

- You now see a button '‘Log in’
- Click on it
3. Choose how you want to log in
- Choose 'Log in with DigiD' or ‘Log in with your Uw Zorg Online account’
- Log in with DigiD
- Click on '‘Log in with DigiD'
