- Dit kan via de website or via the app
- U komt nu bij het login screen by Your Care Online
2. Ga naar Wachtwoord vergeten
- Click on '‘Wachtwoord vergeten?‘'‘
- Staat de knop er niet bij? Go to the website van uw praktijk om uw wachtwoord te herstellen via de webversie.
- Fill in your email address in
- Zet een vinkje bij ‘Ik ben geen robot‘'‘
- Click on '‘Code versturen‘'‘
3. Create new password
- You will receive a link via de e-mail to your password opnieuw in te stellen.
- Voer uw new password in en stel daarna uw account in de app in.
