Go to Tergooi's website and click 'My Tergooi'.
click on 'Log in directly to Mijn.Tergooi.nl'.
click on 'Referral number'.
Enter your referral number and date of birth. Also indicate your gender and click 'Login'.
A reference number starts with the letters ZD, followed by eight songs.

Under the heading 'New notifications' stands 'Referrals to be scheduled'. Click on this.
You will now see an overview of all the appointments that you can schedule online.
Click on the green button 'Make an appointment' to schedule the appointment.
For some appointments you can now choose a location. If it is not possible to schedule a location, you will go directly to the screen to select a suitable day and time.

By pressing the 'Next one' Clicking at the bottom of the page will show you several options. It is also possible to perform an extensive search.
You can do this by clicking on the available times 'Advanced search' to click.
Once you have found a suitable day and time, click 'Make this appointment'.

You will now see an overview of the appointment you have selected.
click on 'Next one' to confirm the appointment.
You will now see a screen stating that the appointment has been made. You will also receive a confirmation by email.

If there is no suitable appointment option for you, please contact the outpatient clinic where you want to schedule the appointment. You will find the number of the outpatient clinic at the Tergooi Customer Contact Center.
