How do I send a message in HealthApp?
Steps in brief
- Log in to HealthApp.
- Go to '‘To inform'.
- Create a post.
- Send a message.
2. Go to messages
Click in the middle of the dashboard or in the menu on '‘To inform‘'.
3. Create a message
- Click on '‘Message‘'.
- Select the healthcare provider to whom you want to send the message (for example, the GP or the assistant).
- Fill in the subject.
- Type your message.
- You can also add an attachment.
4. Send a message
- Click on '‘To send a message‘'.
- You are now seeing a confirmation.
- Click on '‘To confirm‘'.
- You can see that the message has been sent.
