How do I log in to HealthApp?
Steps in brief
- Go to the login page of HealthApp.
- Choose your healthcare institution.
- Log in with DigiD.
- Accept it privacy policy.
- You are now logged in.

Go to the HealthApp login page↗.
2. Choosing the care institution
- Click on the field ´Select your GP practice´.
- Type the name of your GP practice.
- Click on your practice.
3. Log in with DigiD
Click on ´login´.

4. Accept the privacy policy
If you log in for the first time (or if anything has changed), you will see HealthApp's privacy policy on your screen.
- Read the privacy policy carefully.
- Click on ´I agree´.
