The first healthcare institutions in Zeeland are joining

As of September 1, patients and clients of the Zeeland healthcare institutions Nucleuszorg (primary care) and Emergis (mental health care) can also contact our colleagues for all their non-medical digital questions. We are proud of these new collaborations and especially happy that we are making digital care accessible to even more patients in the Netherlands.

Emergis is an organization for mental health and addiction care. “How nice that from September 1 we can refer our clients to the Digital Care Helpdesk for questions about digital care,” says Myléna Quinten, Psychologist in training to GZ psychologist at Emergis. “This means that at Emergis we have more time to help our clients with their psychological needs.”

Nucleus care is a supporting primary care organization of and for general practitioners in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and aims to provide good and accessible general practitioner care together with doctors and employees. They do this with independently established general practices spread throughout the region and, outside office hours, via Nucleus GP posts. In addition, Nucleuszorg unburdens general practices in the areas of business operations, digitalization and telephony.

On working days between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., the Digital Care Helpdesk service team is ready to support patients and clients of Nucleuszorg and Emergis with all questions regarding their digital care. The employees of Helpdesk Digitale Zorg have an affinity with the target group and have the substantive knowledge. This means that callers receive and feel helped quickly and effectively. If you call outside these hours, one of the service employees will call the patient back the next working day. Additionally, the team offers support via email and chat.
