On Thursday, October 8, Stichting Helpdesk Digitale Zorg organized a webinar as part of Accessibility Week.
During the webinar, Mijntje Lenting (Coordinator of Volunteer Work at Anna Hospital), Alexander de Jong and Rosanne van de Koppel (Digital Care Helpdesk) shared their experiences and showed how Anna Hospital, Dommeldal Library, and the Digital Care Helpdesk Foundation collaborate on a support network around residents. The central question was how to ensure that people do not get stuck in digital care, but receive the right help at the right time.
Using practical examples, they shared insights into the collaboration between healthcare, the library, and support in the neighborhood, and the added value thereof for both residents and organizations.
