Steps in brief
- Download the DigiD app and the CheckID app.
- Log in to the DigiD app with your DigiD.
- Then open the CheckID app and press '‘Start'.
- Follow the steps in the DigiD app.
- Use the NFC reader of the other phone to your ID card to scan.
- The DigiD app is now activated.

2. Open DigiD app
- Open the DigiD app and log in with your DigiD.

3. Open CheckID app
- Then open the CheckID app and press 'Start'
- Keep your identity card, driver's license, or passport at hand.
- Click on '‘Next‘'.
