Go to the MijnMitz website and log in.
If this is your first time logging in, go through the welcome screen first.

Once you have (already) done this, you will be given the option on the start screen 'Submit your choice'.
Click on this.

You will now see three options. To give permission to certain healthcare providers, click 'Certain healthcare providers'.

You will now see an overview of categories. You can open a category and indicate per healthcare provider whether you want to give them permission.
When you have finished with a category, click 'Save' and you can start with the next one.

When there is a green check mark in front of each category, you have covered all categories.
