To use the cBoards Health app, you must first install it on your phone or tablet.
If you are using an Android (such as Samsung), do this via the Google Play Store.
If you use an Apple device (iPhone, iPad), you can do this via the Apple App Store.

When you open the app, click 'Yes' I already have an account.
Don't have an account? Then click 'No' and create one.

Then click 'Eaddress & password'.
Enter your email address and password and click 'Login'.

Then click 'Send SMS code'.
Enter the code you receive by text message.

You can now create a code that you will use in the future to open the app.
