Steps in brief
- Log in to Boards Health
- click on '+Healthcare organization'
- Choose the type of healthcare organization you want to add
- Search by name or place name
- click on 'Add' at the right healthcare organization
- On the new web page that has opened, click 'Retrieve medical file'
- Log in to the healthcare organization's website to complete the collection.
1. Log in to Boards Health
Open the Boards Health website and log in to your account.
2. Add healthcare organization
You will find the button on the website under the heading Medical file '+ Healthcare organization'. Click here.
3. Find your healthcare organization
Then choose the type of healthcare organization you want to add and type the name or location of the healthcare organization.
When you have found the right organization, click 'Add'.
4. Collect your file
On the next page you will be notified that you will be taken to another website to retrieve your file. click on 'Retrieve medical file'.
5. Log in to your healthcare organization
You then log in to the website of your healthcare organisation via DigiD to add your medical data.
