Boards Health – How do I retrieve data via the app?
Steps in brief
- Open the Boards Health app
- Press '+Healthcare organization'
- Choose the type of healthcare organization
- Search by name or place name
- Press 'Add' for the correct healthcare organization
- On the new web page that has opened, click 'Retrieve medical file'
- Log in to the healthcare organization's website to complete the collection.
1. Open the Boards Health app
Open the app and log in
2. Add healthcare organization
Press '+Healthcare organization'
3. Find your organization
Then choose the type of healthcare organization you want to add and type the name or location of the healthcare organization.
When you have found the right organization, click 'Add'.
Then log in with your DigiD.

After this you can view your data in Boards.
4. Collect your file
On the next page you will be notified that you will be taken to another website to retrieve your file. click on 'Retrieve medical file'.
