Medsafe – How do I retrieve data?
The steps in brief
- Via MedSafe you can also download data from a hospital, clinic or rehabilitation institution. There are now 19 connected across the country.
- Please note that not all data may yet be retrieved. You must be a patient at the practice where you want to download data.
1. My Doctor
Click on 'My Doctor' in the menu. To retrieve data such as that of the GP, enter the name of the GP practice or hospital or, for example, the name of the city.
2. Choose practice
Then choose your general practice from the list. If the name of your practice is in the list, then the practice is affiliated. Otherwise not yet. Perhaps your general practice or pharmacy is not yet affiliated with MedMij. More and more practices are affiliated with MedMij.
3. Choosing a healthcare provider
On the Healthcare Providers page, enter the name of the GP and the location. Then follows a list of names. Select your GP or hospital from there. You will then see a list of practices or hospitals where your doctor or GP works, choose the practice you always go to.
Then log in with your DigiD.
