To use Zorgdoc, you can be invited by your healthcare institution. But you can also create an account without the intervention of a healthcare professional.
You do this by following the steps below:

Open the Zorgdoc website and click on 'Register'

Have you been referred? Then you have a registration code, which you can enter here.
Have you not been referred? Then click 'Register on your own initiative'.

Now enter your personal details. Here you can also indicate whether you are creating the account for yourself or for someone else.
Then click 'Next step'.

Now agree to the Terms of Use and click again 'Next step'.

You can now enter a username. Choose a username that you can remember. You will log in with this username in the future.
Also choose a strong password. Once you have completed both, click 'Create Account'.
Your account for Zorgdoc has now been created.
