You receive this email if you have not yet performed the actions on the Home screen of the Thuismeten app. Check the app to see which actions are scheduled for today and perform them.

As soon as you have submitted the actions, you will see a blue check mark next to the relevant action on the Home screen. If new actions have been added, you must also perform them to prevent further notifications.

NB: measurements that you enter via the 'Self-care' screen are not marked as completed on the Home screen.
