There is a white button at the bottom of the login page. Next to the white button is 'Language'.
If you click on it, a menu will appear in which you can indicate your desired language.

If you are already logged in, you can still change the language.
On the left side of the page there is a globe icon and the current language is displayed.
If you click on it you can select a different language from the menu.
