Steps in brief
- click on 'Forgot your password' on the login screen
- Enter your email address and check your inbox for an email
- Click in the email 'Reset Password'
- Fill in your details and create a new password
1. Forgot your password
On the login screen, click 'Forgot your password'. Enter your email address.
You will receive an email to reset your password.
If you do not see the email in your mailbox, please also check your spam/junk folder.
2. Create new password
Click on the blue link in the email 'Reset Password'.
Enter your details and answer your security question. You can now create a new password.
