The Patient Journey App has various components. Below you can read what you can do with the app.

• On the timeline, you will receive information about your treatment. You will receive this information at the right time.
• The timeline consists of various moments. Each moment concerns a topic that is important to you.
• In the beginning, you may not see all the information yet. You will receive more information step by step during your treatment.
• You will receive a notification when new information is ready for you.

• You can also find all information from the app in the information library.
• With the search function, you can find information quickly and easily.

• Under Contact, you will find the contact details of your healthcare provider or the hospital.
• Here you will find, for example, telephone numbers, the address, the email address, and the website.

• Under Profile, you can adjust the app's settings. For example, you can make the letters larger or smaller.
• You will also find the general terms and conditions, the privacy statement, and other information about the app here.

• Sometimes the app refers to another website. This website opens in the app.
• Are you finished with the website? Then close it. You will then automatically return to the app.
