It may happen that you have a new email address and the old one is no longer active.
Please contact the practice to have the email address changed.

• Go to the patient area on your practice's website and log in.
• Click on Profile at the top right of your screen.
• In the expanded menu, click My details.
• In the menu on the left, click Account Settings.
• Click on Change email address.
• Enter your password for verification purposes and then enter your new email address.
• Press verify email address.
• A security code will be sent to your new email address.
  Enter this code in the Verification code field in the patient environment and press Verify. Your email address has now been changed.

• Open the Uw Zorg online app and log in with your PIN code.
• Press the more/menu button at the bottom right of your screen.
• Press Your details.
• Adjust the email address and press update at the bottom of the screen.
  Do you not have the option to change your email address in the app? Then change the e-mail address via your practice's website.
• Please enter your old email address and password again for verification. Your email address has now been changed.
