Press below the fields where you can enter an email address and password 'Forgot your password?'.
Enter your email address and press 'Get on' to receive a link by email with which you can reset your password.

• At the bottom of the login screen you will see the question “Forgot your username and password?” Press the Go to the practice website button there.
• You will now arrive at the home screen on your practice's mobile website. Press Login to go to the login screen.
• Press Forgot your password? below the login screen.
• Enter your email address and press Continue to receive a link by email with which you can reset your password.
• After re-entering your password, set up the account in the app.

If the button is not there in the overview, go to your practice's (portal) website to reset the password.
