After you click on the activation link, you will immediately enter your patient environment. You will then see the message that your account has not yet been linked.
Your account gives you access to your medical information.
That is why your GP checks who you are once. This may take up to several days after you register online.

Once your GP has completed his check, he will link your account with your medical data. You will receive a message at the specified email address.
You can now use the online services on your GP's website and with the Uw Zorg online app.
