Steps in brief
- Log in to the Uw Zorg Online PGO
- click on 'Hospital data' or on 'GP details'
- Find your healthcare provider
- click on 'Log onto […]'
- Log in with your DigiD
1. Find your healthcare provider
Go to the website of the Uw Zorg Online PGO and log in.
On the home page you will find the 'Hospital data' and the 'GP details' buttons. Click on the button that applies to you.
Now you can search for your healthcare provider using the search bar.
If you cannot find the right healthcare provider, check whether they are affiliated with MedMij.
2. Retrieve data
Once you have found the right healthcare provider, click 'Log onto […]'.
Then click again 'Log onto […]' and then click 'Login'.
You can now log in with your DigiD at the healthcare provider of your choice.
