PGO Your Care Online – I forgot my password, what now?
Steps in brief
- Go to the login page
- click on 'Forgot your password?'
- Enter your email address and click 'Re-apply'
- Open the email and click on the link
- Create a new password
1. Forgot your password
Go to the login page of the Uw Zorg Online PGO and click 'Login'.
You can click at the bottom of the page 'Forgot your password?' click.
Now enter your email address and click 'Re-apply'.
2. Reset password
Open your email and open the email you received from Uw Zorg Online.
Then click on the link and you can create a new password on the page that now opens.
You can then log in to your Uw Zorg Online PGO.
