Parnassia Group has joined forces with Stichting Helpdesk Digitale Zorg to improve support for its clients in the use of healthcare applications, such as the renewed Client Portal that will be put into use on November 30.
For clients with mental health issues, using digital resources can sometimes be a challenge. With this collaboration, Parnassia Groep ensures that clients receive the help they need to use these resources effectively in their care pathway, without putting an additional burden on healthcare professionals. The service employees of Stichting Helpdesk Digitale Zorg offer expert and empathetic support in using digital care applications.
